How do I upload a newsletter?


In order to compete this action you need to log in to the editor. See the "Logging In" help article for details


  • We recommend your newsletter is converted to a PDF
  • You can upload a word document
  • If you upload a publisher document then our support team will be notified and will convert it to a PDF for you (please note this is a manual process so won't happen instantly.

Upload your newsletter:

Uploading a newsletter to your website is a fairly simple process. Login to the editor on the homepage of your website and follow the visual insturctions applicable to your style (standard or mobile compatible) below:

 Click Latest News


Click Upload


You then simply browse for your newsletter and click "upload". This will automatically upload and send the newsletter to anyone who has subscribed via your website. It will also make the newsletter available as a link on the website for patients to access.

Please note, sometimes when you upload a new newsletter and then close the editor to try and view it you will still see the old one. In this case it is most likely that you are seeing a cached (saved) page as when you upload a new newsletter it gives it the same name as the old one. Please try pressing Ctrl+F5 to force your browser to refresh so you can see the new version or check it in another browser or on another computer. Patients should not experience this issue.
