Why can't I log in at home?

I cannot access the website from home - my IP Address is blocked.

There is only one part of your website you cannot access away from the practice - this is the "staff home" area. It is because this is where some of your patient data is accessible and so this page is restricted to access within the NHS network only.

All other aspects of the websites are editable and usable away from the NHS network. For example, if you want to access the patient surveys, holiday planner, calendar etc (ie My Surgery Office), you just go directly to the link www.mysurgeryoffice.co.uk and login with the practice ID, username & password.

You can also login to the editor on all pages and make changes as you see fit.
