Firewall and Proxies


Compliance Manager may be blocked from communicating with our servers by your firewall or proxy.

Please allow for Compliance Manager to connect to the domain across port 443.

In some cases practices secure communication protocol (HTTPS) is throttled or extremely slow, which seriously impacts upon the performance of Compliance Manager. If you think this effects you please let us know and we will provide a HTTP build. Please be advised, however, that if practices are using this build that they are advised not to store any sensitive data on our servers.

If your practice uses an internet proxy via a PAC file, you will need to update the Group Policy configuration for Compliance manager to bypass the proxy, otherwise you will have connection issues from the application to our servers.
