Prerequisites:
In order to compete this action you need to log in to FPMS Pro and browse the PM Web Tools. See the "Logging In" help article and Getting Started with FPMS Pro for more details.
Notes:
- Monitor the temperature of your fridges
- Setup new Fridges
- Fridge Monitor Notifications
- Filter through the fridges
- Set a start and end date for the graph
- Fridge Monitor Administration
- Select any of your fridges to check the temperatures
Setup New Fridge
Select the cog button in the top right hand corner. In this section you can edit the current Fridges and set up new ones. To setup a new fridge select the + button in the top right hand corner.
- Enter a name for the Fridge
- Enter the Min Temp
- Enter the Max Temp
- Set the time that you want the check to be at
- Select the staff who receive the notification
- You can delete a time from this red bin button
- You can add a new time by the + button
- Save the fridge details
- Delete the fridge
Notifications
Notifications are shown in the top right hand corner. If you have a fridge monitor notification there will be a number that shows. Select on the notification icon in the top right hand corner and a window will open allowing you to add in the temperature.
Alternatively if you want you can add a temperature at anytime on the Fridge Monitor page.
- Enter the temperature
- Select the green + button to submit the temperature and remove the notification
Monitor the Temperatures
Graphical
The graph shows a 1 month log so you can see the temperature and date. You can filter this by select the drop down under the "Chart Fridge" header if you want to filter a certain fridge.
Text View
You can see the log of each fridge by selecting on any of the fridge names under the graph. The temperature log will show the temperature, the date logged and who it was logged by.
- Enter the temperature
- Select the green + button to submit the temperature
Temperature Checks
- Select start date
- Select end date
- This shows when temperature checks are due
- This shows the temperature logs. What the temperature was, when it was logged and who it was logged by
