Troubleshooting problems after recent update
FPM has recently upgraded the Compliance Manager software, the software will automatically update when you run Compliance Manager, however in some cases depending on the IT settings are you end you may need to manually install or ask your IT to change a few settings at their end to allow the upgrade.
There are 2 steps to check:
1. Uninstalling the Software and Reinstalling
2. Asking your IT white list the software

How to uninstall Compliance Manager Windows
To see a list of the programs that we can uninstall we must first open the Programs and Features control panel. To do this you should follow these steps:
Click on the Start button to open your Start Menu. The Start button looks like this:
When the Start Menu opens click on the Control Panel menu option.
When the Control Panel window opens click on the Uninstall a program option option under the Programs category. This option is shown by the arrow in the image below. If you are using the Classic View of the Control Panel, then you would double-click on the Programs and Features icon instead.
This screen contains a list of the programs installed on your computer, if you select iQ Compliance Manager and then click in Uninstall it will uninstall the older version for you.
Once you have uninstalled the older version please copy the following URL into web browser and click install
Asking your IT white list the software
Due to the security on some NHS networks to ensure everything is working correctly, you may need to forward some information onto your IT for the software to work. Please note these settings must be applied to every computer that uses the Compliance Manager software.
1) Your IT need to make an exception in the firewall for the following http://compliancemanager.fpm-group.co.uk and 188.8.131.52.
2) Also the IT will need to ensure they have white list the following domains:
Once these above 2 steps are in place Compliance Manager will run as normal.
