You have two options, depending on whether you've forgotten your Password or if you want to update your Password.
1 - Forgot your Password
If you have forgotten your Password, use the "forgot your password?” link on the Learning Centre login page.
Enter your email on the next screen and press Submit.
You will receive an email with a link where you can enter a new password.
2 - Update your Password
If you already know your password but want to change it and you are already logged into the system. Select the Profile icon in the top-right, then Change Password.
A new window will open asking you to input your current Password and confirm your new Password twice.
Press Update Password once complete:
Important - Stericycle can not change or update passwords for staff members.
If you or a staff member has forgotten their Password, they must reset the Password via the "Forgotten your password" link on the login page.
