Notifications are helpful as they let you know if you’ve been made the policy owner or if you’ve been assigned a document to read.
In-app notifications show within the bell icon in the top-right hand menu. New notifications are shown via a red dot to the right of the bell icon:
View Notifications
Click the bell icon to see a summary of your notifications:
Manage Notifications
To manage notifications, select Show All… at the top of the notification drop-down:
- Selecting on a notification takes you directly to the update
- Remove a notification by hovering over a notification and selecting the Dismiss button to the right:
- Select Dismiss All to clear all notifications
- Select Settings to access your notification preferences
- Notification Types - Allows you to filter the notifications as seen below:
Toggle Notifications On or Off
A staff member can toggle on/off notifications for the app or email.
To modify notification settings, select your Profile icon in the top-right and Settings from the drop-down:
Disabling IN APP notifications means no new notifications will appear in the top-right notifications bell icon.
Disabling Email notifications means no new notifications via email.
