You have 2 options depending on if you've forgotten your Password or if you want to update your Password.
1 - Forgot your Password
If you have forgotten your Password, use the “forgot your password?” link on the login page of Core.
Enter your email on the next screen and press SUBMIT.
You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
2 - Update your Password
Select the Profile icon in the top-right and Change Password from the drop-down if you know your Password but want to update it.
A new window will open asking you to input your current Password and confirm your new Password twice. Press "UPDATE PASSWORD" once complete:
Important - FPM can not change or update passwords for staff members.
If you or a staff member has forgotten their Password, you must reset the Password via the "Forgotten your password" link on the login page of Core.
