Your Reading List is accessible within Policies via the Reading List widget.
The widget gives you a tally of how many Policies you have to read. If you hover over each section, you have a total of how many are overdue, need reading and have been read.
Step by Step
In the example to the right, this user has 7 policies in their Reading List:

1 Needs Reading
View Full Reading List
Select the Reading List link at the bottom of the widget for a full list of Policies.
Colours are used as a visual aid to help you quickly see what has been read, overdue and what needs reading.
- Green indicates the document has been Read
- Yellow indicates the policy needs reading
- Red indicates the policy is overdue and needs reading
View and Mark a Policy as Read
Click in the row of a policy to open up the policy in reader mode, or select the Book icon that appears on the right-hand side to read a Policy:
The Policy will open in Reader Mode:
On the left you have:
- Table of Contents
- Properties
- Attachments (Selected Policies have attachments)
Once you've read through the document, select the "I have read, understood and adhere to this policy" option at the top, then press "SIGN & MARK AS READ".
You'll see a confirmation message in the bottom-right and a log of when you signed the policy in the top-right:
Select Close to go back to your Reading List.
You will see that the Policy you've signed turns Green, and now has a Read On date:
Complete the Quiz
If your policy has a quiz, you will be asked to Take the Quiz first before you can mark the policy as read via the Take Quiz button in the top-right:
Please go through the questions in the quiz:
If you fail the question, you can try the quiz again until you meet the pass score:
Once you meet the pass score, you'll see a Passed message and the Policy will marked as Signed:
Review Changes from Previous Versions
If a policy that you have previously read gets updated, it will be marked as overdue or require your attention in your Reading List.
To view the updates made to the policy, simply open it up and click on the "Show Changes" drop-down located on the left-hand side. This will allow you to review the modifications made to the policy.

Select on the arrows under Show Changes to go through changes that are highlighted via an Orange Box:
Once read, select "I have read, understood and adhere to this policy" tick box and select the "Sign & Mark as Read" button in the top-right.
Filter Reading List
Selecting any of the headings will change the sort order. For example:
- Policy Title will change alphabetical to A-Z or Z-A
- Published will change the date from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest
- Read By will change the date from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest
- Read On change the date from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest
