Core has been designed so that you won’t have to worry about your carbon footprint as the software contains an online distribution system meaning zero paper copies are needed. However, if you need copies for offline use, Core allows you to download single or bulk policies within seconds via the All Policies section.
Single or Bulk Download Policies
On the left, go to Policies then All Policies.
From here, you can select a single policy, or select multiple policies.
Once you select the policies, a Download Policies option will appear on the right-hand side:
Select the Download Policies drop-down, and press the Download Button
You will need to read the Acknowledgement Message, and then press Download once more.
Download Policies from the Reader Screen
Policies can be downloaded via the Document Reader page. You can access the policy reader page either directly in the Policy Information page, or by selecting "Read Policy" within the All or My Policies sections as demonstrated below:
Policy Information
Within the Policy Information page for a policy, select the READ button:

On the Policy Preview page, select the DOWNLOAD button in the top-right:

(Please note - If you do not see the Read button, your policy may not be published. You will need to publish the policy before you can download it.)
Custom Policies will show a small arrow next to the "Download" text that allows you to download the file as a Word or PDF file:
- Downloaded policies provided by FPM contain a small watermark and are downloaded as a PDF file.
- Custom policies do not contain a watermark and can be downloaded a PDF or a Word File.
All Policies and My Policies
Alternatively, I can select the Read Policy button on any published policy to go directly to the Policy Reader screen:
After a few seconds, the policy will download to your machine.
Download from your Reading List
You can also download policies from your Reading list, before or after you sign the policy:

Q&A
Q: Is it possible to remove the watermark?
A: No - The watermark has been implemented to protect the policy content that has been produced by FPM. The watermark does not appear on any custom policies that you produce and download.
