The issue is related to recent local IT settings at your practice/area, but don't worry - there's an easy fix!
All you need to do is update a setting in Microsoft Edge and the forms will appear as normal.
Here are the simple steps you can follow to update the setting:
- Load up www.mysurgeryintranet.co.uk in Microsoft Edge and go to the Form Manager tool.
- Select the three dots (Settings) in the top-right corner of your Edge web browser to show a drop-down.
- Within the drop-down, select "Exit Internet Explorer Mode."
- You should then see the forms load up as normal in the Form Manager tool. (You may need to log back in for this to work.)
We understand that you may be curious why your IT department would use this mode. Internet Explorer was officially out of support last year by Microsoft and forces your web browser to load old technology that is not recommended.
We recommend passing these details on to your IT team so they can apply this to the group/area policy to ensure that other staff in your surgery and other practices in the area are not affected by this issue.
