Getting Started and Logging In
You have 2 areas to your website: Website Editor V FPMS Backend.
1 - Website Editor
This is where you can change the content that patients see on your website via our new widget-based system. You can reorganise pages, upload images, add documents, and structure pages as you wish.
Our welcome email contains a link to your login page, alternatively, if you're live, select the "Sign In" link in the footer.
2 - FPMS
FPMS is the backend of your website. It's here where you'll view completed online forms from patients, set up email notifications, add new/edit staff members, and amend opening times.
You can access FPMS via www.mysurgeryintranet.co.uk. (Use the same login details as you do to login to your website)
Accessing and Managing Online Forms
Once a form has been completed by a patient, the submitted form can be accessed and processed via the Form Manager tool in FPMS/FPMS Pro.
Form Manager allows you to view, print, process or delete forms, you can also set up Email notifications should your staff want to receive an email notification each time a form is submitted.
Form Manager Overview Video
Forms are stored in form manager for 12 months and then automatically deleted. Practices can also manually delete forms at any time - Once a form is deleted, it is deleted from our server and NOT retrievable.
Removing online forms
You have 2 options on how to disable or remove forms. We recommend that you disable a form, rather than delete it via the "Manage Forms" section within the menu. The video below will show you how.
If you want to remove the form entirely, please see the second video.
