Removing a branch site from being visible
To remove a branch site from being visible you will need to access the sites page first (see updating a branch site).
Once you are on this page, you will need to click on the edit icon next to the branch site in which you would like to remove.
This page will have an option called 'Is Visible' with a toggle button next to it. Once the toggle is clicked and set to 'Off' the branch site will no longer be displayed on the website.
Enabling the site on the front end
To enable a site you have added as visible to show on the opening hours page and within the 'Sites' and 'Opening Hours' widgets, you will need to enable it within the Opening times page.
Firstly, make sure you are logged in as an admin. Once you are accessing the website as an editor you will need to navigate to your sites 'Opening times page'.
Above the 'Reorganise widgets' bar there should be a widget built into the top of the page called 'Site List'. Hover over this list and you will see 'Site List EDIT'. Click the EDIT section and a menu will display on the left with all the branch sites you have inputted to the 'Sites' page.
Tick any site under 'Show?' that you would like to be displayed on the website and click 'Save'
Once this is ticked the opening times for those sites will display at the top of the Opening Times page and will be an option within the Sites widget and Opening Times widget.
When adding an Opening Times widget, patients will be able to choose which of the sites they'd like to see the opening hours for from a drop down menu.
Each sites widget can only display one site's information but you can use as many sites widgets as needed. When adding a sites widget you will need to choose from the drop down menu which site's information you would like to be displayed.
Displaying the sites widget
The site widget has a number of ways in which it can be displayed including the location of the map within the widget. Each map location can be displayed with or without the opening times visible.
To display the opening times on the widget, you will need to tick the 'Show opening times' box.
This is how the Map position changes the display both with and without the opening times:
- No Map without opening times
- No Map with opening times
- Map Above without opening times
- Map Above with opening times
- Map Left without opening times
- Map Left with opening times
- Map Right without opening times
- Map Right with opening times
