If you have signed up for the new "Register with a GP Surgery" service, and need help updating your website, we can help.
NHS GP practices in England can sign up in NHS Profile Manager to start using Register with a GP surgery. The process takes around 10 minutes to complete.
Once you've enrolled with the service you'll be given a:
- unique link to add to your practice website
- test patient profile to check it's working correctly
- link to download a copy of the updated paper registration form (PRF1) - this replaces the GMS1 form for practices using our service
Please send MSW an email to support@mysurgerywebsite.co.uk, or submit a request here and let us know that you have signed up for this service, and provide your unique link.
Your link will look similar to https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/1234
Once we receive your request, we will update the following on your website:
- Remove the link (if you have one), to your current electronic New Patient Registration GMS1 form
- Create a new link on your "New Patients/Join the Surgery" page to send your patients to your "Register with a GP Surgery" page.
